CANASTOTA — BMR Acres will be part of the Madison County’s second Annual Buy Local Week and Open Farm Day event.

They will open to the public between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 22 and welcome people to come and visit the farm.

Local fiber artisans, spinners, felters, etc. will be demonstrating their craft. BMR Acres Country Farm Store will also be open offering alpaca products for sale as well as local products such as honey, jams and jellies, maple syrup, soaps, lotions and more.

There will also be the Melissa and Doug toys. Food and beverages will be available.
