Wildlife Rehabilitation at Divine Nature
In addition to the farm, (and a full time job) Mary Ellen Rose, one of the owners of BMR Acres, is a NYS licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator. Because of Mary Ellen’s love of animals, it just seemed a perfect fit. Hence, Divine Nature at BMR Acres, Inc. was formed in July of 2009.

What’s New & Exciting
It seems like new and exciting things are happening at BMR Acres all the time. Every time we turn around, we are in the midst of initiating a new event, class or program at the farm. It’s very exciting!

Reiki/Animal Reiki-What’s It All About?
There are different forms of Reiki: Traditional Japanese, Western, and other systems. Reiki teaches that there is a universal life force or spiritual energy if you will, that can be used to induce a healing effect.

A Little About Us
My name is Mary Ellen Rose and I am one half of BMR Acres. Brian Rose, my spouse, is the other half. We are both fairly new to farming. It all started with the purchase of one pregnant alpaca named Miss Money Penny in 2001.
